In our egg packing station, everything revolves around cooperation and quality. Once the eggs arrive from the farm, they go through a precise process: inspection, sorting, packing, and preparation for transport. It may seem simple, but correct and hygienic packing is essential to ensure food safety, freshness, and traceability.
That is why we work with the latest technologies. Smart systems help us detect quality, automatically sort, and pack the eggs. This allows us to deliver what we promise every day: eggs that find their way from farm to store — and ultimately to your plate — with care and precision.

1. Collection and weighing
With our own trucks, we collect the eggs directly from the farm. Once at the packing station, the pallets are weighed immediately so we know exactly what has been delivered.
2. Sorting by farm
The pallets are neatly arranged and stored per farm for the next steps.
3. Manual quality control
From each farm, 180 eggs are checked by hand on a sampling basis. We check for hairline cracks, breaks, and dirt. This ensures consistently high quality.
4. Fully automated inspection
Next, robotic arms take over: they place the eggs onto the machine where each egg is scanned for hairline cracks, leakage, blood spots, and size. Fully automatic and extremely precise.
5. Packing for transport
After inspection, the eggs are placed into their designated cartons. Our team then completes the final steps and prepares the cartons for shipment to the customer.
